A quorum was still not achieved at the Reconvened Meeting on April 21, 2021. The Board will appoint the vacant positions at the May 26, 2021 meeting. If you are interested in serving on the Board you may submit a completed Candidate Statement no later than May 14, 2021. The date to return has been extended due to an issue with the Resident Portal. The matter should be resolved and a blank Candidate Statement can be found on the Resident Portal. Please email your completed statement to fhudson@actionlife.com

Effective April 10th the Tidepool location will be open. Therefore, the Bridgepoint and Tidepool locations will be open.

The Board intends to continue this phased approach as they monitor the CDC and County Guidelines concerning sanitation and occupancy to evaluate the Association’s ability to adhere to them. If at any time resident do not follow the modified rules for pool usage the Board will have to re-evaluate this approach and pools may close.

The Association did not reach a quorum at the March 24, 2021. Therefore, the meeting has reconvened to April 21, 2021 at which time the quorum reduces to 25%. If you have not mailed your ballot, please mail your ballot to the Inspector of Election before April 21, 2021.

Seabridge Village Community Tree Trimming will commence March 29, 2021. The trees are trimmed in phases, so this trimming does not include every tree in the community.

There has been a delay and the trimming will begin the week of April 12th

The Bridgepoint pool will be closed March 5, 2021 for some necessary spa deck repairs.

As an alternative we have opened the Tidepool location. It will remain open until next Friday, March 12, 2021. The pool and spa heaters have been turned on and will be up to temperature by tomorrow March 6, 2021.

After March 12, 2021, the Bridgepoint pool will be reopened and all other pools will remain closed until further notice.
