Wood & Deck Support Repairs

Continued wood and deck support repairs are being made throughout the community. The contractor is currently working on the deck supports at Racepoint. Wood repairs are currently taking place on Waterford and Seabright.

It is important that you remove items from the common area to provide adequate working space as well as remove anything attached to the building. In addition, as a reminder do not re-attach any times to the wood supports, trim or walls.
