Community Painting

Premier Commercial Painting has been contracted to complete the painting of the building located at
8201 Racepoint to take place September 27, 2021. The Board has selected a slight variation in the
existing color. The body color will be BEHR Marquee, Imperial Grey and the trim White Shadow. A
sample of this color is currently available to view on 8201 Racepoint.
Additional colors will be published as they are approved by the Board, as well as information on future
scheduling of the additional buildings.
