The crew just completed Seabright and is currently on Waterspray. They will be moving onto Bridgeside when they are done there which will be in about another two weeks.

Please check the sequence map on the Resident Portal to see what direction the crew is working.

Where are the painters? The crew is currently on Waterford. They should will complete Waterford by the end of April and then will move on to paint the pool buildings. Please check the sequence map on the Resident Portal to see what direction the crew is working.

What color will my building be painted?

The paint colors have been saved on the resident portal. They will be a little darker shade than what is currently on your building.

What if the crew has left my area but my door isn’t painted?

Please contact Premier Painting directly at 1-714-546-3692

What if there is visible wood damage and my building is scheduled for painting?

Please visit the portal and open a work order and include any photos you have of the area.

What if I’ve already opened a work order for wood repairs but no one has came to make the repairs.

Premier Painting has started building painting on Bridgepoint and Waterford. After completion here, they will restart building painting mid to the end of April. Please visit your resident portal to review the map sequence. A contractor notice will be posted on your building a week prior to their start.

Seabridge Village Annual Meeting is April 8, 2024 at 6pm at the Community Clubhouse. You may submit or pick up an additional ballot at this time if you have not submitted your ballot already.
