Lake Hours Have Changed
The Fall hours are 9am-7pm. They are subject to change at the discretion of the Board.
Parking Reminders
All vehicles parked outside the garage must be permitted or safe listed. If you need a permit an application can be found under the Documents tab on your Resident Portal. If you do not have a Patrol One login, please contact our office.
Where are the painters?
The painters are currently on Mainsail. They are painting the stairs and landings today. The doors painting is scheduled 9/7. Notices will be posted a week in advance.

Friendly Reminder
The greenspaces throughout the community are for the use and enjoyment of all the members. Please practice safety and keep your pets on a leash while in the common area. The main greenspace is not a dog park. The community has no dog parks.
