Reminder that all Christmas decorations and lighting should be removed from the exterior and common area view.

If you still need to have your Christmas Tree picked up, please contact our office to schedule pick up. Your tree must have all decorations removed. It can be left outside the trash container being sure NOT to obstruct the bin for pick up.

You can open service request and check future status by visiting the Action Property Management Resident Portal. Don’t have a Resident Portal? Contact our Assistant Team to get set up at managerassistantsoc@actionlife.com. Please keep in mind that your community has many ongoing Community Wide Maintenance that include building wood repairs, pylon/deck replacement, painting, rain gutter/roof cleaning, and annual termite treatment. If your request falls under one of the Community Wide Maintenance items it will be addressed on the phased schedule for that item.

The Association is exploring alternative pick up arrangements while the City addresses the issue.

Harvest Landscape will be performing tree removals and some trimming in various areas throughout the community starting December 29, 2021. The work is anticipated to continue for approximately two weeks. Please observe posted signage to provide any necessary access for equipment.
