Each year, the annual budget and policy statement is mailed or emailed to every member.

Please refer to Exhibit B to determine your 2026 assessment. You can identify your Unit Type by comparing your current assessment amount to the 2025 assessment amounts listed.

This will allow you to determine your Unit Type and find the corresponding 2026 assessment.
