January 2025 Deck Coating

Your HOA Board is pleased to announce that Freedom Restoration & Construction has been contracted to reseal all community decks and landings.  The deck and landing sealing will commence on Monday, January 20, 2025, and start on Portview Circle.

A notice from Freedom Restoration will be posted on your building one week prior to commencement.  Please note the schedule is subject to change depending on the weather and construction delays.  We will communicate all updates through your resident portal.
