You can open service request and check future status by visiting the Action Property Management Resident Portal. Don’t have a Resident Portal? Contact our Assistant Team to get set up at managerassistantsoc@actionlife.com. Please keep in mind that your community has many ongoing Community Wide Maintenance that include building wood repairs, pylon/deck replacement, painting, rain gutter/roof cleaning, and annual termite treatment. If your request falls under one of the Community Wide Maintenance items it will be addressed on the phased schedule for that item.
