Community Service Request

Do you have necessary maintenance or want to report a service request. You may complete a request directly from your Resident Portal by visiting the link below:

Then go to My Community/Work Orders/Create

Parking Enforcement

Parking enforcement for the community is handled by Patrol One, you may contact them at https://patrol-one.com. Receiving entrance into the community does not automatically qualify a vehicle to park within the open spaces. You must have a permit or the vehicle must be safe listed to park in the open spaces.

DwellingLive for entry into the community is controlled by Seabridge Village Master. DwellingLive is a separate entity and does not interface with Patrol One. Patrol One for parking outside your garage is controlled by Seabridge Village.

You must both receive an RFID sticker for entry as well as a permit if you have a vehicle that will be parked outside your garage. Your garage must be available to park a vehicle before you are issued a permit.

Pylon/Deck Support Replacements

The next area to receive concrete deck support replacements will be Awater and will start September 12, 2022.

You can login to your Resident Portal to open a service request, view community documents or view/pay your monthly assessment.

If you need to contact our office we have introduced a new chat feature to efficiently and effectively address most concerns within a fraction of the time it takes to call or send an email inquiry.

GO GREEN – SIGN UP FOR EMAIL DELIVERY!

Did you know you can sign up to have important Association documents sent to you via email rather than mail? If you would like to take advantage of this option, please sign into the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com and follow the following steps:

• Click on the yellow pencil icon next to “Consent For Email Distribution” listed under “Property Information” on the dashboard
• Click “Yes” on the pop-up regarding Email Consent to consent to email delivery of all documents that the Association regularly publishes as specified in the California Civil Code

You can also sign up to receive e-statements rather than receiving paper statements each month in the mail on the Resident Portal. To sign up for e-statements:

• On the Resident Portal Dashboard, click on the green button next to “You are not signed up for e-statements” that says “Sign Up Today!”
• Verify your email address and click “Subscribe”
