In an effort to improve communication throughout the Seabridge community, the HOA boards, in conjunction with Action Property Management, have created a new ‘Announcements‘ section on the Resident Portal…
(instead of posting things here on the public facing HOA sites).
- Following HOA board meetings, updates and info will be posted in this new area.
- This information will also be included in the next publication of the Seabridge Newsletter(s), which are emailed to all owners who have registered for electronic communications (see below for info).
To help provide a similar experience as Owners for community announcements, rules, notices, and other documents, email the following information to Don Chesemore to get tenant access to the Resident Portal:
– Your Name(s), Your Owner’s Name(s), Address, Contact #’s
If you would like to receive notices, budgets, audits, community updates, and other owner-related association documents via email instead of regular mail (saving us all administrative and mailing costs)… please print the Email Consent Form for your community located here, fill it out, sign it, and mail to Don at Action Property Management.
